25:35. اور داؔؤد نے اُسکے ہاتھ سے جو کچھ وہ اُسکے لئے لائی تھی قُبول کیا اور اُس سے کہا اپنے گھر سلامت جا۔ دیکھ مَیں نے تیری بات مانی اور تیرا لِحاظ کیا۔ اور ابیجؔیل ناباؔل کے پاس آئی اور دیکھا کہ اُس نے اپنے گھر میں شاہانہ ضِیافت کی طرح ضِیافت کر رکھی ہے اور ناباؔل کا دِل اُسکے پہلو میں مگن ہے اِسلئے کہ وہ نشہ میں چُور تھا ۔ سو اُس نے اُس سے صُبح کی رشنی تک نہ تھوڑا نہ بہت کُچھ نہ کا ۔

25:35. Then David took from her hand what she had brought to him. He said to her, "Go back to your home in peace. Be assured that I have listened to you and responded favorably."

25:35. Then David accepted her present and told her, "Return home in peace. I have heard what you said. We will not kill your husband."

25:35. So David received of her hand that which she had brought him: and he said unto her, Go up in peace to thy house; see, I have hearkened to thy voice, and have accepted thy person.

25:35. Then David received from her hand what she had brought him. And he said to her, "Go up in peace to your house. See, I have obeyed your voice, and I have granted your petition."

25:35. So David received of her hand [that] which she had brought him, and said unto her, Go up in peace to thine house; see, I have hearkened to thy voice, and have accepted thy person.

25:35. Then David received from her hand what she had brought him; and he said to her, "Go up in peace to your house; see, I have hearkened to your voice, and I have granted your petition."

25:35. So David received of her hand that which she had brought him: and he said unto her, Go up in peace to thine house; see, I have hearkened to thy voice, and have accepted thy person.

25:35. And David receiveth from her hand that which she hath brought to him, and to her he hath said, `Go up in peace to thy house; see, I have hearkened to thy voice, and accept thy face.`

25:35. Then David accepted Abigail's gifts. He told her, "Go home in peace. I have listened to your request, and I will do what you asked."

25:35. So David received of her hand that which she had brought him: and he said to her, Go up in peace to your house; behold, I have listened to your voice, and have accepted your person.
